Use your own email address, verify it and keep your password private. Only share report access with people authorised by your company.
Your information
Contact details are used to manage your account and service requests. Product files, reports and inspection information are confidential and are not disclosed to unrelated parties without written permission.
Your service
Submitting a request starts a review of the details. The service scope, schedule, payment and price are confirmed separately with TTS. A sampling report describes findings within the agreed time and scope; it is not a guarantee for the entire lot.
Changes and help
Contact TTS about corrections, account access or information requests. Cancellation or postponement should be notified before 9:00 a.m. on the preceding business day; incurred arrangement costs may apply.
